2013	Joined MASUI Co., Ltd. by way of M&A.
2015	Inaugural president Ryuichi Noro assumes position as CEO of OSAKA SUGIMOTO & Co., Ltd. (serving concurrently as the director of MASUI Co., Ltd.).
2016	System integration and organizational consolidation with MASUI Co., Ltd.
2017	Organized into a two division, three section format of Textile Division (Textile Section I, Textile Section II) and Apparel Division (Apparel Section). Ceremony commemorating the union of MASUI Co., Ltd. and OSAKA SUGIMOTO & Co., Ltd. at XIV Kyoto Yase Rikyu. Founded KB TEXTILE Co., Ltd. with joint investment from KB Tsuzuki K.K. Headquarters relocated to 1-7-13 Azuchimachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi.
2019	The 110th anniversary party was held at Conrad Osaka. Started OEM production with cooperation of an Indian company.
2020	Introduced the flextime working hours to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection. Introduced the remote working system to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection.
2023	Inaugural president Yasuhiro Toshima assumes position as CEO of OSAKA SUGIMOTO & Co., Ltd. (serving concurrently as the director of MASUI Co., Ltd.).
