Presently, the world is reaching a turning point at a speed previously unseen.
Due to technological innovation such as AI and IoT, people's patterns of behavior have changed drastically; including working style,
it is an era where questions such as "What job should we perform as a human?", where people's true value is questioned.
Masui Holdings Co., Ltd. was established as a conning-tower to spread the management ideology unified in its expanding business porfolio. At the same time, by consolodating the accounting and management divisions within the group, and separating the sales division which is formed by each business company by their roles, we aim to make a more efficient organization structure where authority has been properly delegated. In the future, we aim to raise a group of born and bred professionals custom-fit to the needs of each company, amidst ever expanding business fields.
Masui has proposed "small challenges" to all of their employees since its beginnings throughout the century since its establishment in 1909, and have continued to spring forward with the ideal that small steps bring big changes.
